PROJECT OVERVIEW

QA Framework

THE SITUATION

Quality work existed across audits, feedback, reporting, and learning — but not yet as one connected system.

QA activity included audit forms and records, dispute handling, a learning portal, huddles and tips, individual and recurring reports, feedback channels, and continuous-improvement efforts. Each area had value; the larger challenge was giving evaluation, visibility, learning, feedback, and refinement one operating structure.

THE QUALITY GAP

A score can identify an issue. A QA framework has to help the organization understand, respond to, and learn from it.

  • Audit findings and dispute resolution needed to remain connected to the wider quality context
  • Recurring findings needed a path into learning materials, huddles, and guidance
  • Reporting, feedback, and ongoing QA efforts needed one structure for shared visibility

THE APPROACH

Build QA as a connected operating system, not a collection of isolated reviews.

The framework connects evaluation, dispute handling, reporting and insights, learning, feedback, and continuous-improvement efforts. Rather than forcing those capabilities into a single sequence, it gives each one a defined role within a broader QA ecosystem where findings and feedback can inform later work.

THE FEEDBACK LOOP

QA becomes more useful when findings return to the people and systems that can act on them.

The feedback loop sits within the broader framework: audit findings inform reporting, recurring patterns can shape learning, and feedback gathered through QA channels contributes to later refinement.

  • Audit findings inform reporting and insights
  • Recurring patterns inform learning materials
  • Feedback returns through scorecards, the QA Portal, and QA Tips
  • Insights contribute to continuous QA efforts

THE OUTCOME

QA became easier to review as a system instead of a set of isolated activities.

WHAT THE FRAMEWORK ENABLED

  • Audit results could be reviewed in context
  • Disputes had a defined place in the QA process
  • Recurring findings could inform learning materials
  • Reporting and insights could surface broader QA patterns
  • Feedback could inform future QA efforts
